I purchase 4 items from healthy pets. I received 2 of the 4 items. So I had paid $150 and received half of my order. I've called them several times. I've left three messages. I've sent an email. I have not heard from them, nor have I received the other half of my order. This is the worst customer service and worst experience I've had with any.
