Shark Harbor is a small beach on the southwest side of Catalina Island. Shark Harbor is adjacent to the popular beach at Little Harbor Campground. These two beaches are separated by a rock called the “whale tail” which looks like a whale’s tail from above. People walk out on this rock to take pictures of both beaches.
